Protecting your furniture from nicks and scratches during shipping is one of the most important steps in any move. To prevent surface damage to your larger items, the movers will wrap your furniture and pad the items inside the truck. Furniture wrapping is also a great way to keep items from sliding around during transit.

How it works

Before loading furniture items onto the moving truck, the movers will wrap them in 3-ply industrial cardboard wrap. Some items (especially upholstered pieces) will be also be wrapped in plastic shrink-wrap; it’s up to the movers to decide which option is best for each piece of furniture.
